Shipping Destinations
TEMPL ships products exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day following receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Timeframes
Orders processed before 12pm CT receive same day shipping. Standard shipping delivery times range from 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
*A flat shipping fee of $9.95 applies to all orders under $60. Orders totaling $60 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska are not eligible for free shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. TEMPL is not responsible for delays or issues incurred by third-party shipping carriers.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, you must notify TEMPL Customer Support at support@buildtempl.com within seven (7) calendar days of the estimated delivery date. Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of any claim. TEMPL will work in good faith to resolve such issues.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. TEMPL is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Requests to change a shipping address after order confirmation must be made immediately. Once the order has shipped, address changes cannot be accommodated.
Limitation of Liability
TEMPL’s liability for any shipping-related issues shall be limited to the purchase price of the affected products. Under no circumstances shall TEMPL be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
