Refund policy

If our supplements leave you dissatisfied for any reason, simply contact us at support@buildtempl.com for a refund (less any shipping and handling fees) or exchange within 40 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@buildtempl.com. Response time is typically 1-2 business days. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. A refund will be provided for the product purchase price, less any shipping and handling fees of the return as well as a restocking fee of $4.25 per return.
