We didn’t start TEMPL because we had it all figured out. We started it because we didn't. We're 4 brothers that have always loved sports and competition. But for a long time, we struggled to connect our faith and how we trained, ate, and lived. The gym was one thing. Church was another. And supplements? Those came from companies that didn't speak to our values at all.
We asked the question, "how can we come together as brothers and create something that has eternal value?"
Eventually, we realized we weren't the only ones we struggle with connecting our faith and fitness. So many Christians care about their health but don't know how it fits into their faith. So we built something we wished we had. TEMPL is more than supplements built to honor God. It's about helping people see their body the way God does: as a living temple of the Holy spirit

At TEMPL, our mission is simple: to help you honor God with your body, no matter where you are in your journey. Becoming the person God created you to be isn’t always easy. Growth takes time, discipline, and sometimes struggle. But the greatest progress comes from the smallest, faithful steps.
We’re here for those who want more than just gains or glory. We’re here for the people who want their fitness to reflect their faith. For those who want strength that points beyond themselves. We’re here to walk alongside you. Offering effective supplements that support your body as a temple of the Holy Spirit.
We don’t sell shortcuts. We believe in steady, faithful growth that honors God with every choice. Our role is simple: to make the journey ahead a little clearer, a little stronger, and a lot more purposeful.
